Public-record intelligence for deal teams
Know which companies are cutting staff, the morning after the register posts it.
Public-record distress intelligence for deal teams. Live today across Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York and Ohio; expanding state by state across the United States and to the United Kingdom, each market added only when its public records meet our standard. Every night we read what each register publishes, keep only complete records, and rank them with one published rule. The list is in your inbox at 06:00 Central for U.S. seats (06:00 London for UK seats once the UK is live), with the public record linked on every row.
No card needed. The trial simply ends after 14 days.

What a list cannot give you
Seven things you get, each with its proof.
Weekly lists and raw scrapes give you the notices; this gives you the verified, scored, followed record and the tools to act on it.
Every point is a fact about the product as built today, and the link beside it opens the page that shows it. Nothing here is a roadmap.

Re-read every night
Every row is re-read from the state's own listing on every nightly pull: a revised head count updates the row in place, a row the state no longer lists keeps its last-seen date, and the state record is linked on every row. Proof: the rows of the last digest →
- 02
One published rule
One scoring rule, published in full, with the breakdown printed on every row so you can re-add it yourself. Proof: the score, in full →
- 03
Watchlists
Paste the names you lend to or own, 5 on a trial and 25 on an analyst seat (no limit on a firm license). A filing that resembles one is emailed the morning our pull first sees it, with the name exactly as the state filed it and the match confidence from 0 to 100; a match is a name similarity, never a confirmed identity. Proof: how matching works →
- 04
What happened next
Every verified filing is followed for a later notice by the same company and, company by company, for a bankruptcy docket in its state's federal courts, each outcome with its source link and match confidence. Announced transactions are not tracked yet: no free, citable source is joined. Proof: the track record, with its counts →
- 05
Your lens learns from you
Pursuing and Passed under every row shape your own lens: the same Passed reason three times in 30 days earns one offered change, accepted or declined with one click, and it changes only your digest. The score changes only when a person changes it; the weekly review's proposals are bounded to five points inside the published ranges. Proof: how feedback is used →
- 06
Agent-ready
A JSON feed on every seat and trial, an MCP endpoint on firm licenses, and a dated contract that adds fields and never renames or removes one without 30 days' notice. Proof: the developer docs →
- 07
Checkable in public
The status page shows what ran and when: the last successful read of every state, the last digest, the outcomes collector, two weeks of incidents and the end-to-end self-test's passes in the last seven days. Proof: the status page →
What arrives each morning
One email. Every new verified filing, ranked, with the listing one click away.
Set your lens once (states, sectors, head-count band) and the email carries only the filings that match. Under every row, two buttons: Pursuing or Passed, one click each. Passed may ask one optional question, and the same answer three times in a month earns a one-click lens change you can accept or ignore; your calls go into our weekly review, and a person decides what changes in the score.
Shown here with names withheld. Subscribers and trial members see the company, city, effective date, industry and NAICS where the state publishes them, and the source link on every row.

The same filing means something different to each of you. Set a lens and the list is yours.
Private equity
A closure or a cut at a lower-middle-market company is a public, dated sign that its owner is making hard decisions. Check the name against your thesis and decide whether this is the week to call about a sale or a carve-out.
Private credit & ABL
Run the morning list against your borrowers and your pipeline. A filing at a name you lend to is a reason to ask management about it now, with the state's own figures in hand.
Turnaround & interim CFO
The notice names the company, the site and the head count at the moment a board is changing course. Use it to decide whom to call, and arrive knowing exactly what was filed.
Sell-side M&A
A company that has just told the state it is closing a site or cutting staff has a reason to think about its options. The filing gives you a dated, public reason to start that conversation.
Where it is live
Five U.S. states today, more by dated wave.
Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York and Ohio, each read every night; 44 more U.S. states and the United Kingdom are in build, each listed as live only when its records meet the standard every row on this site meets; Minnesota is not covered until its agency publishes head counts. The digest goes out at 06:00 Central for U.S. seats; 06:00 London for UK seats once the UK is live.

Founding seats: $12,000/year, 20 of 20 left, until 31 December 2026. One named user, everything in the analyst seat. The yearly price is held for 24 months: the first renewal is charged at the same price. In return, a testimonial we may quote and a short written feedback form once a month; no calls.
The trial is one seat for 14 days and simply ends; nothing is charged. The MCP endpoint and a seat for each colleague (added on request) come with a firm license. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: email us or use Stripe's billing portal, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for; pausing the daily email does not cancel billing. Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
In pounds sterling: £1,200 a month or £12,200 a year for one analyst, £40,000 a year for a firm license and £80,000 a year for a regional charter, excluding VAT for UK business customers; choose GBP on the subscribe page. Prices in GBP exclude VAT for UK business customers: enter your firm's VAT number at checkout and the reverse charge applies; any VAT Stripe applies is added at checkout.
A seat is one person, every market you choose, one price. The firm license is the cross-border product: everyone at your firm, every market we cover, the feed and the MCP endpoint. Live today: Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, New York and Ohio. Every market and its status. For a data license, or a written enterprise proposal with the market set as a line item, request a proposal.
Questions? Read the FAQ, see a real digest, or email us and a person answers.
Where does the data come from?
Only from the WARN publications of the Texas Workforce Commission, Wisconsin DWD, Illinois DCEO, New York DOL and Ohio ODJFS. Each row links to the listing it came from; Ohio rows link to the filing itself.
Is the score a distress rating?
No. It ranks public filings by the facts in the filing. It does not estimate revenue, EBITDA or financial distress, and the breakdown is printed on every row so you can judge it yourself.
How soon after the state posts a notice do I see it?
We pull every state overnight and send at 6 a.m. Central, so a notice the state posts today is in tomorrow morning's email. The delay you will notice is the state's: states post on their own schedule, from days to months after the employer's notice date.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, by email or from Stripe's billing portal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and it is refunded in full.
Tomorrow's list goes out at 6 a.m.
Start a trial tonight and it is in your inbox in the morning: 06:00 Central for U.S. seats; 06:00 London for UK seats once the UK is live. Or see the terminal first: the public window, masked.
