Coverage

Every market and U.S. state with its status, live, in build or not covered, for anyone checking where the service reads before relying on it. Our aim is every public distress register, one market at a time. A market goes live only when its records meet the standard every row on this site meets: complete, verified against the official record, and linked to it.

Live today: 5. In build: 48. Not covered: 4. The digest goes out at 06:00 Central for U.S. seats; 06:00 London for UK seats once the UK is live. The last successful read of every live state is on the status page.

Minnesota MNNot coverednot coveredNot covered: Minnesota DEED publishes WARN notices only as PDF letters without a head count, so no row can pass the complete-record rule. The roadmap, as decided on 23 October 2026

Wave 1, the week of 27 October 2026: California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Wave 2, November 2026: Georgia, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Virginia, Maryland, Indiana and Tennessee. Wave 3, December 2026 to the first quarter of 2027: every remaining state with a usable public list, states with a usable table first and PDF-only states last; a state with nothing usable is listed as not covered, as Minnesota is. The United Kingdom is in build: insolvency and administration notices from The Gazette, not advance layoff notices; in build. Built with Companies House records as a separate signal with its own published rule, because the UK's advance layoff forms (HR1) are filed with the authorities and not published by company. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. France is in build: collective-proceedings and insolvency announcements from BODACC, not advance layoff notices; in build, next after the United Kingdom. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. Singapore is not covered: insolvency notices from the Singapore eGazette with ACRA company records. Not covered until written confirmation that we may reuse the eGazette's notices is in hand, because that permission can be withdrawn. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. India is in build: corporate insolvency cases from the IBBI public register, built as data: the digest section, the feed and the dataset. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. Canada (Québec) is in build: québec's layoff notices by employer, with head counts, plus the federal CCAA records list; built as data: the digest section, the feed and the dataset. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. Ireland is not covered: insolvency notices from the CRO Gazette, a weekly PDF. Not covered until the CRO's bulk-reuse license is clarified in writing; then built as data. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard. Australia is not covered: insolvency notices that ASIC publishes, read from its weekly open dataset. Not covered until that dataset can be read reliably every week. Listed as live only when its records meet the standard.

Dates are kept as planned and nothing is listed as live before its records meet the standard. When a market goes live, every subscriber gets it at no extra charge and the digest announces it; the methodology page carries the same table. A seat is one person, every market you choose, one price. The firm license is the cross-border product: everyone at your firm, every market we cover, the feed and the MCP endpoint.

Signals and market codes

Every live market has a code for the lens and the feed and a signal value on each of its rows; the lens on a seat or a firm license can include any of them (a seat is one person, every market you choose, one price). The codes of markets in build are reserved and ignored until their row above says live.

MarketCodeSignalA row is
TexasTXwarna WARN notice as the state published it
WisconsinWIwarna WARN notice as the state published it
IllinoisILwarna WARN notice as the state published it
New YorkNYwarna WARN notice as the state published it
OhioOHwarna WARN notice as the state published it

One call, several markets: GET https://firstvectorsignals.com/api/signals?token=YOUR_TOKEN&days=45&markets=TX,IL,UK returns Texas and Illinois filings and, once the United Kingdom is live, its notices under uk_notices; until then the UK code is ignored. A code that is not live is ignored; asking only for such codes returns count 0. The parameter is documented on the developers page.

What "not covered" means

A market whose public record cannot pass the complete-record rule is listed as not covered rather than filled in: Minnesota's agency publishes PDF letters without a head count, so no Minnesota row can be verified, and it stays not covered until DEED publishes a table with head counts. There is no federal WARN data, and nothing on layoffs that were not filed with one of the live agencies. A country whose reuse terms are not yet settled in writing (the row says which) is listed as not covered for the same reason: nothing is served under a license we do not hold.
